ANTIQUE MUSIC BOX M F 1818 – Box measures:17-1/4″ W x 8-3/4″ D x 6 H. The cylinder is 5-1/2 long. Box is solid wood and in great condition. You are getting an antique Swiss made M F 1818 music box by Marque De Fabrique with the original crank handle. This is a “penny in the slot” machine… Drop a penny in the slot and the music starts. Programme card/paper is missing. How many Airs / Song titles are unknown. You actually don’t have to do the penny thing – you can bypass that. That have the external crank. The music box is working just fine and sounds great. The key to front lock of the music box is missing. Everything looks to be intact and in good condition. The teeth on the comb are all present. Entire contents was part of a huge antique find recently that was caught up in legalities between two deceased antique collectors.
