This is a nice antique cylinder roll music box. The item is Swiss and it has a grain painted wooden case with a floral inlaid marquetry top (see photos). The music box plays six songs and it works and plays when wound. There is a small metal rod that needs to be repaired that activated the stop function (see photos). The music box is complete and looks to be in all original condition (see photos). The inlay on the top of the lid is of flowers (see photos). The item in total measures about 5 and 1/4th inches high, 7 and 3/8ths inches from the front edge to the back side and it is 1 foot 1 and 5/8ths inches wide from side to side.
