Plays music but sometimes stops, probably needs to be greased; the sound is clear and loud. Its 150 years old real antique. For better performance, needs to be greased the entire mechanism. The box is made from walnut wood. The face shows very old crack on the wood. Very unique and high collectible Polyphon. Great for collectors, music store display and for movie industry.
