Antique Swiss Cylinder Music Box. Offered for sale from my private collection is this absolutely gorgeous antique Swiss cylinder music box. The cabinet is outstanding! And it is in outstanding condition as can be seen in the photos. The box is approximately 21 inches long by approx 9 inches wide and about 7 1/2 inches tall. The marquetry is perfect with no damage or repair. The cylinder is 11 inches long and the box winds and plays beautifully. I see what appears to be 2 repaired teeth on the comb. The box still plays beautiful melodies. I do not know much about these cylinder Swiss boxes, but this one is beautiful and in excellent working order. It is heavy weighing almost 25 lbs.
