Here is a recent estate find. This is Rare Antique Working’SUBLIME HARMONIE’ 19th Century Large Swiss Cylinder’8 Song’ Wind-Up Mechanical Table Top Music Box, Made in Switzerland by D. It Has a Large Footed Walnut Wood Case with Black Ebony Border with Burl Style Pattern, and Inlaid Border Trim. The Original Song List Sheet Card is on the Inside of the Top Cover, As Pictured. The Swiss Mechanical Cylinder Movement Has Two Combs with Silver Metal Cylinder, in Good Condition, with No Breaks or Repairs, Al the Teeth are Good!!! I Wound the Player Up and It Plays and Sounds Great! This Sounds Nice, See Video! It is Large and Measures Approx. 25 3/4″ Wide x 7 1/2″ Tall x 10 3/4 Deep, and is Heavy! One removable cylinder is included which has eight songs (please see YouTube link below for videos of songs included). Cabinet may have been replaced at a later time. A rare, extraordinary music machine. In good condition as can be seen from pictures. Videos of the machine playing are available on YouTube. Cabinet has a few scratches and a light fade ring on the left side (pictured). Movements show lights signs of age / oxidation as can be seen in photos.
