Reuge 144-Note Music Box. W/ Burr and Rosewood Banding Case. This music box is in excellent condition and looks new to me. This unit has the most desirable 144-note movement which sounds amazing. The unit plays 3 Gershwin tunes. The case has a curved feature which makes it a little more expensive and unique. I think the cases that Reuge uses (they don’t make their cases) are from Italy and are world class. Please review the pictures and video. Let me know if you have any questions.

1800s early model im 99% sure its a Adler? This looks to be an early model with slanted lines in the metal record. CONDITION: It is old and in old all original condition. The cabinet has lifting veneer and will need to be restored if desired. Has water damage on top of lid veneer (see pics) painting has water stains a tear and does not lay flat. THIS IS A SLIGHT PROJECT AND MAY NEED SOME LOVE TO WORK PERFECT. MISSING WIND UP HANDLE. I lubed it a little because it was dry when i found it. Once in a while it just stops playing. It might be because i did not wind it much? (I used a little pipe wrench on the crank shaft to wind it) no i did not damage the shaft. RARE glass door that shows the inner workings in motion. The stop / play brake works but may need adjusting. THIS MAY BE CONSIDERED A PROJECT THAT COULD USE A RESTORATION. Music box measures 19 wide 14 deep 8 high. Im pretty sure it is burr walnut? Comes with one 11 music disc. ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE ASK. The item “Rare Antique Victorian Adler Music Box Metal Disc 1800s Burr walnut” is in sale since Friday, August 13, 2021.
