For your consideration is this lovely vintage Christmas Music Box from Germany. It is a unique work of art, hand crafted from wood and hand painted by the well-known Christian Ulbricht company. It features a musical angel playing her Mandolin. The musical movement is a swiss REUGE Romance movement. The sound is bright and clear and it plays very well. To wind it up, just turn the key underneath clockwise. There is a working stopper on the side, too. The music box is in mint condition and comes in original box. The paint is bright and shiny. Please look at all pictures and zoom in. Nice vintage music box. She measures 6″ tall and about 4″ wide. Comes from a clean and smoke free home. Please ask, if you have any questions about this item! You will need to put her wings back in place.

The base is red with gold stars. There is one tiny chip at the bottom. The white base has some lines showing from the wood. Also not certain if the star has been reglued or is originally showing some glue. The snowman has a little bit of paint loss at the tip of his nose. The music is We Wish You A Merry Chistmas. It runs a little slow but it goes around as it should and the music sounds like the song. Overall very good condition and fun Christmas theme! Check out my other items. You only pay for the extra weight of the item. All items come from a smoke and pet free home.

It features a Nativity, the Holy Family with palm trees and sheep. This beautifully detailed music box was made in the Erzgebirge region in Germany by the Richard Glaesser company. When the music is playing, the entire platform rotates. The musical movement is a Sankyo. The sound is bright and clear and it plays very well Silent Night. To wind it up, just turn the key underneath clockwise. There is a working stopper on the side. The music box is in excellent condition, apart from a repair to the star and some palm tree leaves. Please look at all pictures and zoom in. It would be a great Christmas gift and comes with its original box (has some writing on top) and instructions. It measures: 8″ tall and 6″ wide. This is a vintage item, NOT NEW and not perfect. It is an unique work of art, hand crafted from wood and hand painted. It features 6 angels playing different musical instruments, one is singing and one is the conductor. This beautifully detailed music box was made in the Erzgebirge region in the former East Germany by the famous company “Wendt & Kuhn”. When the music is playing, the stand with the conductor rotates. The musical movement is a swiss THORENS movement. The sound is bright and clear and it plays very well: “Silent Night”. To wind it up, just turn the key on the side clockwise. There is a working stopper on the side, too. The music box is in great condition and complete. There is some paint loss to mention, though: please see the conductor’s wings and baton. The trumpet has a paint chip, too. Other than that, it is. Please look at all pictures and zoom in. Nice vintage music box. Dates to the 1980s. It measures about 7 1/2″ tall and 6″ wide. There are 2 areas of glue residue to mention though, where the arch is attached to the base. There are very few small paint chips, mainly on the base. Other than that, it is.
