No cracks or chips in the glass or the music box itself but there is I believe to be 2 tiny scuffs/flea bites on the glass that is visible to me. Both in the very zoomed up photos (one on top and one on the side of the music box). There is aging showing on the metal dolphin legs. Some flaking of the gold paint and some of the legs are whoring the silver undertones as well. It plays beautiful music and works perfectly fine as shown in the video. Legs are damaged but the box can still stand. The music still plays so the box is fully functional. Because of the damage, I lowered the original price I would set by a lot. To play the music, there’s a switch button. The music plays out of some sort of speaker.

This listing is for a lovely vintage Reuge music box crafted in Switzerland. It is in a crystal glass see-through case with dolphins legs. It plays beautifully 3 soothing melodies by P. Tchaikovsky using 72 keys. It measures about 9.5 inches by 5.75 inches and 2.75 inches tall. The glass top measures 7-7/8 inches by 4.25 inches. It weighs 3 lbs 9.8 oz. Condition is previously owned but excellent as shown! I have tested it and it works. The stop lever works also but you have to stop it by catching the hole. A dime is placed for size reference and not included. Please review the pictures, description and ask all the necessary questions before purchasing this item as all sales are final!
