From an estate sale: a Steinbach Christmas Tree Carousel made of wood. The music box plays Silent Night. It sounds nice and spins as it should. There is some cracking of the paint and a couple of dirty spots. It looks like one foot is not anchored properly not sure… Could just be dirt! Comes in the original Styrofoam box with Made in W Germany on it. Please review the pictures closely as they are part of the description.

This is a vintage ceramic music box, app. 6 1/2 inches tall. Marked with label “Josef Originals” and on base “Sankyo Japan”. Comes in original box marked “A Josef Original 9169, 01 1 Set Santa w/ Tree Made in Japan”. Very good condition – plays well; no chips, cracks or repairs; minor crazing/wear; see all 10 pics. My grandmother brought this from Switzerland. Please see photos for condition. You need to wind it on the top then it can play two tunes while it spins. For your consideration is this really beautiful Music Box from Germany. It is a unique work of art, hand crafted from wood and hand painted. It features a Christmas Tree in the middle and Santa with angels around it. This beautifully detailed music box was made in the Erzgebirge region in Germany by the KWO company. When the music is playing, the platform with the figurines rotates. The musical movement is a swiss made. To wind it up, just turn the key on the side clockwise. There is a working stopper, too. The music box is in excellent condition and complete. There is only few tiny paint chips that I barely recognized: one on the angel’s wing and lantern (pic 3) and one on the arm of the angel with the tree. Please look at all pictures and zoom in. Will be packed extra carefully. It measures 7 1/2″ tall and 6 1/2″ wide. Comes from a clean and smoke free home. Please ask, if you have any questions about this item!

Excellent condition Disney Christmas Carousel tree. This is the tabletop Christmas tree that shows more than 50 Disney characters celebrating the holidays with movement and music. Topped by a rotating sleigh with Mickey Mouse at the helm and Pluto leading a team of reindeer, the intricate decoration depicts 10 hand-painted scenes unfolding along four tiers of snowy boughs. A model train runs around three levels of the tree. And Beauty and the Beast and Snow White and her prince, dance to classic instrumental music.

Thorens Music Box Christmas Tree Stand Rotating Type UV 629. Not certain of the age, if I had to make a guess it would come out of the time period from the 1940s to perhaps the early 1960s but I could be wrong it may be a bit older. The painted outer base shows scuffs scratches and some owner id marks in the form of some number sequence. One of the cast iron tree holder feet is missing a screw. Takes a tree base a bit over 2. Has a plug in for the tree lights coming out of the motor to the rotating top. Top rotates on a ball bearing ring. See photos below for further condition details.
