The product is possibly an antique Thorens music box made in Switzerland possibly before 1900. The tune is unknown to me and only repeats every revolution. The name Marston is penciled in on one bottom edge. And possibly contains a makers mark on the underside of the top lid. This unique piece is a decorative collectible item that exudes charm and nostalgia. The craftsmanship and history of the Thorens brand add to the value and allure of this wooden music box.

This beautiful carved waltzing couple Swiss Reuge 2 tune music jewelry box does work great and measures approx. 8 1/4″ wide by 5 3/4″ deep by 3 1/2 tall and is marked on the bottom (see photo). The two tunes are “Blue Danube” and “The Rising Bird”.
