Victorian Mermod Freres Cylinder Music Box with inlaid top. Box 15″ long x 6″ high x 7 deep. Cylinder 5 1/2 long. Plays eight tunes – nice song list! Condition: Oxidation present on comb. This mechanism is clearly ready for refurbishing, but plays pretty well in it’s attic found state. The case is good condition overall, but one of the lid hinges is bent so needs replacing or straightening. Looks like someone pushed down on the lid while it was up. Check out the video link above for views all around. It starts and stops as it should and runs easily through a song. We are VERY diligent packers and use the very best materials. Thomas Pacconi TPC-MB-401 Animated Christmas Victorian Music Box w/ 6 Discs. Animated & Illuminated 2003 Model # TPC-MB-401. Brand new and unused. I only took out of wrapping to test the lights, animation and music disc. I see no flaws on the music box itself, but see my note below about the animation. From a pet & smoke Free home. The music box is completely protected in the original Styrofoam packing and QVC box that it came in. It’s packed well and super tight. Beautiful Condition and works great, however when I plugged in it to test the characters, they would move, then at times pause, then move again. When I took the video they were all moving. I’m unsure if that was due to it warming up. That said, even when they didn’t move they were still illuminated. So the animation would be “as is”, I can’t guarantee what you see after it arrives to your home. However, you will see my video and photos. The video & photos are a part of the description, please zoom in to get the best view. This is an “as is sale”. Stands 11″ Tall x 10.5″ Deep x 9 Wide, perfect for a bookshelf, table, or counter.
