Victorian Mermod Freres Cylinder Music Box with inlaid top. Box 15″ long x 6″ high x 7 deep. Cylinder 5 1/2 long. Plays eight tunes – nice song list! Condition: Oxidation present on comb. This mechanism is clearly ready for refurbishing, but plays pretty well in it’s attic found state. The case is good condition overall, but one of the lid hinges is bent so needs replacing or straightening. Looks like someone pushed down on the lid while it was up.
