Early Ehrlich Brevete Ariston Organette. Ebonized case with stenciled decals, turned column corners, hand crank organette with bellows. Measures 8.75 h. 5″ x 15.5″. An amazing thing is that this comes with its wood case with hinged lid, 10.5 h. X 17.25″ x 17.5″. Condition: Amazing condition, I suspect it was fully restored at one time? Sat in its crate for years. Wear to finish, currently cranks and you can hear the bellows play, but the hinge clamp is tight and affects play with disc on, this needs to be adjusted or fixed. Might need other adjustments, I do not work on these, but it does need adjustments such as the hinge and screw missing on the track (see pictures). On the back is stamped (fading but can still see) PATENT EHRLICH BREVETE with numbers 26721. Crank has some wear from rubbing to the metal rod. The last picture I took off the one panel so you can see some paint on the back and inside to determine if restored (The condition is too good so I only suspect) Ariston, but early model? 2nd to last picture can see more inside and has writing maybe a signature. And has wear and starting to fall apart on the back where door being opened and weakened couple slats, but overall the crate holds up strong. This drastically will cut back delays in the system & resolve questions more quickly.
