Found this at the thrift store. Testing revealed that the interior animation work but the top weathervane does not turn. There is a buzzing noise instead of music. All the top lights work and the interior light for the 2nd floor works. Not sure if there are other lights that are not working. If you touch the power cord where it connects to the teapot, sometimes the power is interrupted but you just have to move it again and the power comes back on.
