Restored 22 note Autophone organette. Produced by the Autophone Co. A Barber & Co. Dealership of Groton NY. The Autophone was the first mass produced organette manufactured in the USA and the company went on to produced the Gem and Concert Roller Organs. Very early model with wooden bellows boards rather than the cardboard bellows stiffeners used on later models. Restoration included new black leather bellows gusseting and case covering, leather flap and safety valves, intact reed block with re-tuned reeds and leather seal. The original bellows paper covering has been duplicated and a reproduction “Instructions” label has been added. Includes 3 original tune strips in playable condition.
