I think this one is interesting for collectors only. A realy rare automaton made by Griesbaum in the 1950’s. There is not that much to see until you push the little button on the side. Music begins to play and 2 doors open to reveil a man playing a citar or other string instrument. When you push the button once more the doors close again. Here you can find a YouTube recording of the box playing. You need a battery for the light. There is a socket for a 1950’s German battey but now you can also use today’s penlite batteries. The box is 22cm high. Take a look at other recordings we have made. You can hear some noise in de back ground but that is the sound of our fire place and a short cat fight!
