Plays/Works as far as I can tell. Not sure if all functions work. I turned handle several revolutions and touched propeller near Jacot’s Safety Check and it played. I do not know about this stuff and did not want to break. Has one single cylinder and do not know if it plays one melody/song or multiple. Maker unknown but made in Switzerland and shown in photos. Has wear, soiling, scuffing, etc. Finish shows age with wear, scratches, nicks, wood loss, staining etc. Belonged to Grandparents and don’t know much about it including type of wood. Please reference photos for condition. Has two (2) top cabinet doors; outside solid wood and inside door with glass that encloses music box. Outer cabinet door has lock but do not have key. There is a small drawer on the right side of cabinet that has a lock & key. Needs maintenance, cleaning, etc. Whatever you do to an antique music box that has not been used for years. Grandfather had long screws/bolts that passed through holes in the music table and attached to bottom of music box. Music table has wood loss on corners of top. Antique Swiss Cylinder Music Box.
