1899 IMPERIAL SYMPHONION MUSIC BOX No. Music box winds and mechanism starts and stops with switch. The part that holds the disc in the center appears to be missing a part. There is a tear in the Imperial Symphonion cherub label. The label also has staining. A screw is missing in the top face. The top part of the clasp to shut the box is missing. There are scratches and nicks on the wood case. It is missing the back legs and back board on the bottom. I did my best to capture all of the flaws, but this is really a beautiful and interesting piece. A nice restoration project for someone more skilled than myself.
