This is an antique tile painted with the wood base French music box. The tile depicts a group of boys at play – – playing soccer. The music box plays a beautiful tune, almost a lullaby for kids. The sound is fantastic because it reverberates through the wood. It is in great condition. It measures 10 1/2 in. ² and I believe that it is from the 1920s. There is a partial label underneath and the only words I can make out are “BEDIS LE. “.
