Offered for your consideration is this hand etched Nickel Silver little boy musical drink pourer decanter. This scarce figural musical box is a Fred Zimbalist Creation. The lovely, ornate case is nickel silver and is beautifully hand chased with ornate floral designs on the body of the decanter. The top features a little boys head with rhinestone jeweled eyes and a long straw as a pourer. The lid screws off for filling. The decanter is plastic lined for your favorite beverage. This handled decanter stands 10″ in height and is 6″ wide handle to straw spout. It sits on a 3 1/4 diameter base that is fitted with a Swiss Thorens music box mechanism. The music box winds from the bottom and plays a tune when lifted and shuts off when set back down. The music box plays loud and clear. The silver case was hand chased in India completely by hand without the use of any machines. He is well known in the music box world for his highly prized and unique Nickel Silver plated creations and each one is unique and no two were exactly the same.
