First one of the feet is broken off and has a small crack starting to go up from it. It still stands steady on all other 5 feet. Secondly, it does sometimes take a couple of times to push the button before it will start. The lighter is in good shape but would need a new flint. This item has been used previously. This item may have some signs of cosmetic wear, but is fully operational and functions as intended. This item may be a floor model or store return that has been used.
