This beautiful vintage Italian marquetry music box table set was gifted to me by a friend, so I do not know the complete history, but I’ve described it as accurately as possible. The set consists of six matching wedge-shaped tables that fit together to form one larger hexagon-shaped table. Each individual piece stands alone on its own legs and features intricate Italian marquetry inlay. Each of the six tables contains its own Swiss musical movement and plays music when opened. All six music boxes are working. The underside is marked Made in Italy, and the movements are labeled Swiss MAPSA musical movement. Condition: Very good vintage condition. Music mechanisms function properly. Wood and inlay are well preserved with minor cosmetic wear consistent with age I’m happy to send more photos and videos etc.
