Exterior condition is good with some markings consistent with age and use as seen in photos. Inner kettle is in good/fair condition also pictured. Inner carousel mechanism is damaged and brittle, o-ring/seal is present and in good condition. DOES NOT SPIN FREELY. DOES NOT SPIN UNDER STEAM PRESSURE. I have done my best to highlight any flaws as noted, but there may be something I didn’t see/know about.
