Here’s a beautifully restored 1890’s 14-note “Gately Automatic Organ” produced by M. Gately, 72 Pearl Street, Boston Massachusetts. Song titles include: Dundee Hornpipe, McLeod’s Reel, Haste to the Wedding & Swanee River. The walnut case is in excellent condition with the elaborate stenciling still clear and bright. A spring loaded “Expression” panel on the top can be pushed down for additional volume. The bellows, all leather valves and leather pallet valve lifting strips have been replaced and the organette plays loud and strong.
