For your consideration is this really beautiful Music Box from Germany. It is a unique work of art, hand crafted from wood and hand painted. It features a Nativity, the Holy Family with palm trees and sheep. This beautifully detailed music box was made in the Erzgebirge region in Germany by the Richard Glaesser company. When the music is playing, the entire platform rotates. The musical movement is a Sankyo. The sound is bright and clear and it plays very well Silent Night. To wind it up, just turn the key underneath clockwise. There is a working stopper on the side. The music box is in excellent condition, apart from a repair to the star and some palm tree leaves. Please look at all pictures and zoom in. It would be a great Christmas gift and comes with its original box (has some writing on top) and instructions. It measures: 8″ tall and 6″ wide.
