We wound it up and it does play and the one bell appears to work. It did not sound very good when playing though. It looks like there is some damage to the teeth and possible old repairs. There is also damage to the veneer on the case and one foot missing – see pictures. We’re not sure what it may or may not need to get working properly. It measures approximately 15 inches wide by 10 inches deep by about 7 1/4 inches tall. Hopefully someone has the ability to fix and restore it. The new owner is to pay 45.
