Glinda and Dorothy rotate with the music, and the three figures on the base revolve around the base on their yellow brick road. The scenic background center part of the base also rotates. Gently used by a responsible adult. Globe is beautiful, no discoloration. Base has only the slightest wear/tear on a few tiny spots. One sticker is partly loose. A few tiny scratches on the glass.
