I have up for sale a wonderful hard to find antique / vintage original – dated Dec 4, 1891 – NEW AMERICAN MUSICAL BOX hand crank cob roller organ manufactured by the C. Borden & Co -New York , NY. The box is in Excellent Original Condition and the case is beautiful as you can see. Came from the estate of an old antique dealer here in N. East Wisconsin who recently passed. This was in his personal collection. He started in the antique business back in the 40’s from what I was told by his relatives. Super Clean Original Condition. I simply wiped it down with an oily rag. The machine works and comes with 5 of the original cobs that were made for this specific model. It may need some maintenance or such if you are looking for maximum sound quality. The box measures approx 15″ across, 9″ tall when closed, and approx 10-1/2 deep not including the crank. It weighs roughly 10.5 lbs as you see it. ONLY THROW OUT THE BOXES AND PACKAGING AFTER YOU HAVE INSPECTED THE ITEM OR ITEMS AND FIND NO DAMAGE other than what may be noted in the condition report or shown in the pics. SAVE THE BOX AND ALL PACKAGING , PICS OF THE OUTER BOX AND INNER BOX , AND OF THE DAMAGED ITEM WOULD BE REQUIRED. THIS IS PART OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITY WHEN IT COMES TO DAMAGE.
