Late 19th Century music box made in Switzerland. Rosewood inlaid case has glass door which protects brass cylinder. All parts are original, which means that there are some scuffs and scratches. Ready for a tune-up and refinishing. Crank prepares the cylinder for playing and switches control “change”, “repeat”, “stop”, and play. Box has key hole on exterior, but no key. Original paper inside lid lists titles of 6 airs and is stamped with country of origin. Lists numbers 5038/205 and serial number 21543. Single comb, brass bed plate, glass-faced lid, and six airs.
