Up for sale is an antique Symphonion metal disk crank music box. It was made in Germany by The Schutz company. The box works nicely as it should when cranked and played. The center piece that a disk would rest on spins as it should when cranked. The brake works as well. The comb looks good with all teeth present. The box is nice with some age wear, but has a very nice patina to it. The box measures 10 3/4 wide, by 7-1/2 inches high, by 8 1/4 deep. The box has a crack off piece at hinge as shown (piece is included). Comes with 16 discs ranging from various waltzs to monastery bells to Stars and Stripes forever..
