While the original box is not included, the power supply cord will be (as applicable). I do my very best to identify any flaws but you need to review the photos very carefully to assess condition. These music boxes are very fragile and have many small pieces so it can be easy to miss flaws. I think one piece of the foot of the sewing machine is missing a prong. I’m not sure if the foot of the sewing machine is supposed to move up and down automatically but this one does not. It freely moves when I move it. Other than that, I have no other flaws to note. I do have several available and hope you find one you find absolutely delightful!
