I wound this up a little and it seems to function when you open the top. I id not want to wind this too mush. This shows some heavy dust and dirt. I see some light surface scratches. The underlaying brass pat show some tarnish typical of this type of design. The edges of the chased part do have a sharpness to them, also typical. There is a little sticker residue on the winding meckanism and i hear a small rattle in the bottom. There are 2 slots in the blue bottom interior, this may be a wedding ring presentation.
