First edition of The Four Seasons Series from Goebel “Ride Into Christmas” music box. Each edition was limited to 10,000 pieces. This is number 0130. It is from the 1980’s. The music box is made by the ANRI Company of Italy, with a Swiss made 1 tune, 36 note Reuge musical movement it plays “Winter Wonderland”. The lid has a Hummel carving of the “Ride Into Winter” figurine. Inside has a glass encased movement on one side and the other side has a velvet-lined storage area. There is a winding key on the bottom and a play lever on the side. It plays the first two verses of the song and then automatically stop it will play with the lid open or closed. It measures 6″ long x 3″ 4-1/2″ wide x 3″ tall. It comes in the original box with pamphlet and foam lining (the foam has yellowed and the box has a few small dings). The music box plays well and is in very good condition. We do our best to inspect each item and note any flaws in the listing description. We could miss something.
