This is an original vintage mid century cigarette holder music box. It still winds up by lightly grasping the center stem, twisting clockwise, then pulling out the side lever, and plays somewhat. It was a wedding gift to my aunt in 1963. AI says it could possibly be from Japan. It has some light varnish and a few minnow scratches. All and all it’s in pretty good shape for being 63 years old.
