The top portion is a dresser / dresser box, the bottom houses the music box. I cannot tell you the name of the delightful song. The movement is marked: Swiss. Made in the 19th century. The decoration of the romantic couple on the lid is signed. I have not been able to locate another dresser box paired with the music box by this maker online.
