Vintage La Melodie Reuge Swiss Music Box Swarovski Crystal Gold Plated Swan 1980. It appears to be a custom piece from La Melodie where the Reuge music mechanism was added to the swan/glass box. The swan is signed 1979 on the back wing. The music mechanism does play as can be seen in video. The turning peg on the bottom is tough to turn and you have to go a good amount of clicks – it might need some work done or technical attention as I do not know if this is normal.
